Refund Policy

1. Your right to return
We offer a 14-calendar-day return period from the date you receive your order. You may return Slim Coffee Booster within this period for any reason. This policy applies to all orders regardless of geographic location, in line with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Australian Consumer Law.
2. Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- The product must be in its original, unopened condition with the seal intact.
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or delivery note).
3. Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, partially used, or damaged through misuse. Digital content (if any) is non-returnable once accessed.
4. How to initiate a return
Contact us at hello@expellingbright.world or via our Contact page with your name, order details and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions within 2 business days.
5. Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.
6. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.
